“The EcoSystem takes proteins (food, fish faeces, etc...) and breaks it down to ammonia, to nitrite, to nitrate and then to nitrogen gases. A complete breakdown of protein”
Miracle Mud will continuously replenish your aquarium’s concentration of minerals and trace elements creating an ideal environment for both fish and corals/invertebrates. Miracle Mud makes the most efficient refugium substrate due to it’s fine consistency it produces distinct aerobic and anaerobic layers that enable it to be both an excellent nitrifier and denitrifier. Miracle Mud is also the most economic refugium filter substrate as it only requires a depth of 2.5 cm in comparison to other brands which on average require up to 15cm. Miracle Mud is unique because it makes keeping and maintaining a reef aquarium simple! Anyone can have a beautiful reef aquarium regardless of experience!
The key component in the EcoSystem filter systems. It contains many essential elements and is an ideal substrate in refugiums where vigorous macro-algae growth is desired.
